Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026. Plain version: it's a free personal tool, use it kindly, and you're responsible for the messages you choose to send.

What Sovenn is

Sovenn is a free personal tool that helps you remember the people who matter, keep notes and important dates, and prepare messages you send yourself. It runs entirely in your browser.

You send your own messages

Sovenn never sends anything automatically. It only opens WhatsApp or Google Calendar with content pre-filled for you to review and confirm. You are solely responsible for every message you send and for respecting the people you contact, including any "do not contact" wishes and applicable laws.

Provided "as is"

Sovenn is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or that reminders will always fire on time. Keep a backup of anything important. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Sovenn, including missed reminders or lost local data.

Your data

Your data lives on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for backing it up. Clearing your browser data or losing your device may delete it.

Not affiliated

Sovenn is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, or Google. Use of those services through Sovenn is subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sovenn to spam, harass, or message people who don't want to hear from you. The whole point is keeping genuine connections warm, not blasting strangers.
